Highway Secondary’s Daniel Owira better known as ‘Otonglo’ boy is without a doubt the man of the moment. It all started at State House in Mombasa when the Form Two student and his crew performed their prize-winning narrative “Otonglo” that left the President Uhuru Kenyatta in stitches.

Yesterday, the President cleared the boy’s fees up to University level and promised to alleviate his family’s condition. After that, the President took Owira on a tour of the State House. Take a look;
