Maureen Of Lies That Bind Wins Best Supporting Actress.

The Inaugural Africa Magic Viewers’ Choice Awards were held this weekend in Lagos Nigeria. If you were not aware, our very own Sauti sol performed, read about that here.

Well I am thrilled to announce that the dashing damsel Maureen Koech, better known as Mokko of the TV drama Lies that Bind, won Best Supporting Actress. She was up against South Africa’s Thisiwe Sikubu and Harriet manamela, as well as Nigeria’s Regina Chukwu and Taiwo Atigogo. On behalf of Ghafla, I congratulate her!!!
