Century Cinemax Opens Huge with the Biggest Blockbusters

The Century Cinemax recently opened four screens at the Junction shopping mall on Ngong’ Road. They have a wide array of films to show, from comedies to action and even a local feature.

The fourth instalment of the Step Up dance flick series shows on Screen 1 together with the Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, which was directed by Timur Bekmambetov, who also directed Wanted.

Screen 2 is fully dedicated to local film that has thrilled Kenyan audiences, Nairobi Half Life. The fourth film in the animated Ice Age series shares Screen 3 with the last of the Nolan Batman trilogy, The Dark Knight Rises.

Screen 4 is exclusively dedicated to the Jonah Hill/Vince Vaughn/Ben Stiller/Seth Rogen comedy, The Watch. The following is the cinema’s schedule between Friday 14th to Thursday 20th September. Check it out below.

Step Up 4 (PG) – 11:10 a.m., 1:40 p.m., 4:10 p.m.
Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter (18) – 6:40 p.m., 9:00 p.m.

Screen 2
Nairobi Half Life (U.16) – 10:50 a.m., 1:20 p.m., 3:50 p.m., 6:20 p.m., 8:45 p.m.

Screen 3
Ice Age: Continental Drift (GE) – 11:00 a.m., 1:10 p.m., 3:15 p.m., 5:30 p.m.
The Dark Knight Rises (U.16) – 8:50 p.m.

Screen 4
The Watch (U.16) 11:20 a.m., 1:50 p.m., 4:20 p.m., 6:50 p.m., 9:15 p.m.
