FINALLY: Top 5 sexiest actors

This article has been long overdue. But apparently there is a line that is difficult for even a good blogger to cross. And that line was drawn right at the Ghafla men reporting on the sex appeal of other men. Hilarious as that excuse was, who would object to sifting through dozens of pictures of good looking people?

When it comes to sex appeal, I believe its not just about looks. They are gorgeous, charismatic, smart, charming and most of all succesful. Not everyone’s favourite can be included in the list, but these are arguably the five KENYAN actors with the most sex appeal right now:

 Admit it, you have found yourself watching a show and getting caught up in the sex appeal of one of the actors. the show suddenly becomes your “favourite” show for reasons which you can’t pinpoint. You picture yourself as the onscreen love interest of a character on the show. Their romantic scenes are re-enacted in your mind with you playing the vixen onscreen. Your day dreams extend to you having an offscreen romance with said person, and hiding from paparazzi….. Let’s not get carried away, here is the list:

5. Raymond Ofula

Best known for his roles in Better Days and  Nairobi Law. This man is one of the more talented thespians on the scene. He is experienced in theatre, film AND TV. His acting skills are unparalleled, his diction is oh so smooth and sexy, and he has that older man ‘George Clooney’ sex appeal with all his white crowning glory.

4. Nick Wang’ondu

Best known for his unsuccesful run in a season of BBA, this light skinned man dropped a couple pounds and styled up for his appearances on his M-Net travel show. And he is also setting up shop in the Kenyan theatre scene. I must admit, I like my men tall dark and handsome, but this caramel drink of lusciousness definitely gets the females going.

3.Henry Gitau

This young mans resume is as impressing as his style. With his ever so perfectly styled locks, his chocolate smooth skin, and his square, broad shoulders. If you don’t know who he is, just turn on your TV: Changes, DemiGods, Makutano Junction, Noose of Gold, Hila  and the movie Following Jesus. Or check into any top men’s designers fashion exhibit, he’ll probably be walking the runway. This man is putting in WORK and that makes him sexy. 

2.Ephy Muriithi

This youngin plays the role of the BMOC in Tahidi High. (Big Man On Campus) His eyes are working it, his body is working it, his height is working it, but most of all, his down to earth personality makes him so much more appealing than your average-Joe-handsome-actor.

1. Edi Gathegi

This man is EXTREMELY hot. Whether rocking his dreads a la Twilight, or with short hair as he did in House playing Dr. Jeffrey Cole. Not only is he rocking Hollywood, but despite being a diaspora kid stays reppin his home country (not many do that). Look for him in My Bloody Valentine (3-D), Gone Baby Gone, X-Men First Class (movies), Nikita and Lincoln Heights (TV Series). Oh, and I guess it helps that his accent is just…. RAH!
