BBA: Prezzo and Goldie Africa’s Romeo and Juliet

We have watched the ups and downs of Prezzo and Goldie as they try to iignite a relationship.

And honestly it’s cute. It reminds me of the the tales of villagers courting and the girl constantly takes the lad round in circles as she giggles and traces the map of Africa on the ground.

This whole love affair has me thinking of Romeo and Juliet albeit with a certain village appeal. Or should i say “country” charm? Think about it. It reads like a Chinua Achebe love story.
