Kenyan Afro fusion artistes in a new BBC series

Our own sensational Afro fusion artistes will be featured in a new BBC musical series show titled Africa beats.

The Kenyan artistes are ‘inchi ya kitu kidogo’ singer Erick Wainaina, song bird Atemi Oyungu and the talented artiste Christine Kamau.

According to ThisIsCreme.com, BBC plans to catch the eyes of its African viewers with this new program, and also show the whole world that Africa has got great talent when it comes to singing as well as song writing.

The show will be an eight part weekly series, and it will be available on TV, radio and also online. The program will show the artistes performing their favorite songs followed by an interview.

The program will feature other African artistes including Kidum (Burundi), Ahmed Soultan (Morocco), Carmen Souza (Cape Verde), Vieux Farke Toure (Mali) and Uganda’s finest Sarah Tisha among others.
