Former Capital F.M Hottie Pinky Ghelani Opens Up About Her Misscarriages

Many women take pregnancies for granted and we never really get to appreciate the miracle of childbirth as some women never get to see their babies. At some point, Pinky was one of those women who lost their babies to miscarriages.

Speaking to Ghafla, Pinky Ghelani discussed the difficulties she faced when trying to carry a child to term and how painful it was to lose her baby

Before she gave birth to her two babies, Pinky admits that she had a few miscarriages. Saying that her miscarriages grounded her as she used to think that it was her birthright as a woman to have a child and it helped her appreciate mother hood more.

“Motherhood has grounded me; it has helped me appreciate my life more. Makes me think about my actions and words because I am now molding, I am an example for the next generation.” She said.

And on her miscarriage, Pinky reveled that a tragedy of that kind “Affects you psychologically and emotionally .I lost my father aged 6, I lost my brother when I was 17. Having someone there and then not having them there, Is something I have learnt to deal with. This was again grieving; I had to grieve my unborn child.” She said.
