eMobilis has been registered an an academic institution with the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology it’s not some shoddy institution with 1,268 students as of now. eMobilis has secured contracts from some top organizations namely but not limited to Nokia, Safaricom, and World Bank for training and incubation programs since inception. 

eMobilis happens to be the co-founder m:lab East Africa, and was involved in the organization of Pivot East, a massive Mobile Developer Conference and Competition which is held in mid June each year.

eMobilis strive to teach their students skills on creating applications on mobiles phones than computers as has always been the norm at the same time to have a solid business plan to provide great, sociable and innovative solutions as they start their entrepreneurial journey.

A good example would be Bernard Mukangu who according to Business Daily, beat 2,200 applicants from Africa, Asia & Europe. Bernard won The Vodafone App Developer Competition and walked to the bank smiling with Shs. 1 Million!! Not only did he walk away richer than he was, this IT programmer had his application loaded onto Vodafone’s app store. He’s application allows automatic sending of text messages to schedule meetings and raises an alert on the set gathering.
