Live Life Loud Comes To Kenya With Legendary SHO Baraka
“Hiphop ain’t dead, it went gospel!” MADLOVE LOUNGE-KENYA and ROUGH DIAMONDS PROJECTS {S.A} present LIVE LIFE LOUD. An urban Gospel festival featuring Legendary 116Clique co-founder SHO BARAKA {Gospel & Conscious Hiphop artiste}, S.O the KID {UK}, Gregory Cassim (S.A} along with Kenya’s finest Urban Gospel artistes including Kelele Takatifu, Number 8, Kris Mmh Baba, Yung Nnoiz, Maluda, Nita Hungu, GregoryXiii, Shrink Dance Krew & the Madlove Lounge Family.
The festival takes place on 7th March 2014 at Nairobi Chapel Church {Ngong Road}. There would be an artistes/creative breakfast from 10am till 1pm {Free}. An afternoon of fun and interactive activities from 2pm till 4pm {Free} and finally the LIVE LIFE LOUD CONCERT from 5pm till 9pm {Ksh 300 at Gate} & {Ksh 200 advance. TICKETS available at I-MAX}
On Thursday 6th March there would be an activation (meet the fam) at I-MAX from 6pm till 9pm. It would be an opportunity for the public to have an intimate interaction with the visiting artistes (Sho Baraka, S.O, Greg) the 254 performers that would be in the line-up as well as the Madlove Lounge family thats responsible for hosting the Kenyan Chapter of the tour..
Live Life Loud is a Pan-African tour that would also take place in Nigeria, Botswana, South Africa.
Madlove Lounge-Kenya and Rough Diamonds Projects have previously joined forces to bring to Kenya Award winning artistes like DaTruth, The Ambassador, Jahaziel, Lecrae, Trip Lee, Tedashi, Andy Mineo among others.
In the local front, Madlove Lounge has been responsible in mentoring Gospel artistes from 2007 through Bible studies, artistes breakfast/workshops, annual Hiphop-poetry mixtapes, outreaches and a bi-monthly Madlove Lounge event that has given a platform and launched many urban artistes shaping the youth culture.
