Mamba Village and Extreme Outdoors Africa would like invite you to be a part of the first X-treme Expo scheduled to take place on February 15th, 2014 at the Mamba Village Leisure Gardens from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm.

The theme of this inaugural event will be: Games, Gadgets, Gear and the Great Outdoors. This will be the first comprehensive show case of the latest in gaming equipment, outdoor technology, activities and equipment available in East Africa.

The event seeks to draw the attention and participation of the fast growing cross-cultural audience of active Kenyans and East Africans looking to engage in gaming technology, outdoor activities and adventure travel.

Exhibitors at the event will include:

– Various companies involved in the provision of gaming technology and equipment

– Outdoor equipment providers

– Tourism related activity providers

– Clubs and associations in the conservation and outdoors arena

The Expo will run for a day and will include a variety of demonstrations from a range of people involved in Extreme Sports as well as entertainment throughout the day culminating in an evening cocktail. There will also be a children’s activity area; within the main exhibition space operating from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm.

We are inviting you to take part as an exhibitor in this inaugural event which we hope will become a part of Nairobi’s annual social calendar.

There are three categories of stands available for selection for exhibitors as below:-

·         Standard : 6 by 3 metre space inclusive of 01 table and 02 chairs Kshs 20,000/-

·         Medium: 3 by 2.5 metre space inclusive of one table and 01 chair : Kshs 10,000/-

·         Stall: 1.5 by 1.5 metre space in a communal tent – tables and chairs on request: Kshs 5,000/-

·         We are offering an early bird discount of 10% for exhibitors who book and confirm by Friday 29th November 2013.

The exhibition areas will be arranged as follows:-

1) Gaming Equipment and Suppliers

2) Outdoor Equipment and Gear

3) Outdoors Activity Providers

Exhibitors will be able to set up from 1.00 pm on Friday 14th February 2014 or on the morning of the event; security will be provided overnight. All setup should be complete by 9.30 am.

Mamba Village will set-up a catering area providing food and drinks throughout the day.
