HOMEBOYZ FINALLY LAUNCHES A TV STATION(KIND OF)

Triple P(which stands for Precise, Pristine, Powerful) is Kenya’s first 24-hour entertainment TV station.

 The station, which is a joint venture between Homeboyz, Startimes, MCSK and other stakeholders such as ‘Sir’ Henry Otiende, was launched with aplomb at a star-studded gala.

Debbie Asila and Amina were the hosts for the evening. Amina was looking stunning in a figure-hugging gold skirt. I cannot remember what Debbie was wearing.

Startimes, the sponsors of the event, managed to bring in a whole host of performers that included songstress Sanaipei Tande, who was sporting a lovely flowing dress, though it looked too big for her from the way she was constantly tugging at its hem. There was also Octopizzo and Sage, who had on rockstar outfits covered in spikes. The new-look Camp Mulla consisting of Tiri and K’Cous were also brought out by Startimes, though it was hard for the audience to flow to their songs; nobody knows them(yet). Esther Wahome sang ‘Kuna Dawa,’ the song she released 13 years ago, and DNA was on that ‘fimbo ya pili’ tip.
