Octopizzo Tears Into Kisima Awards And Says Nzumari Is The Best Award Show!

Octopizzo tore into Kisima awards on Willy M Tuva’s show “Mambo Mseto” and he wasn’t holding anything back! He followed through on all his punches with all his weight!

Octopizzo went in hard calling Kisima and most of Nairobi’s awards shows “utiaji”. But here’s how you know Octopizzo is a fearless one, he named Kisima by name. None of that half stepping no naming rot for Octo!

Then he went in! Apparently the organising committee of Nzumari Awards flew the participants in and made sure they were well taken care of. Kisima had 20+ (his words, not mine) sponsors but couldn’t even send a taxi to get the artists. Not even those billed to perform were picked up by taxi. Octo also said that by denying them food, they just showed “wanautiaji” mob sana.

And when asked what else he liked about Nzumari Awards, he replied that the organisation was top notch and so was the sound system and public adress system. And he was shocked to see coastal indegenes singing his tracks word for word and even the nne in buibui were singing along.

And Octo said that therein was another difference between Coastal fans and Nairobi fans. While Coastal fans appreciate artists and their music, nairobi fans think they know it all. They don’t give the entertainer the energy to really perform because they act like they aren’t feeling the music. And that ladies and gentlemen was Octopizzo speaking!
