I write to ask you to pull down an extremely libelous article posted today on http://www.kahawatungu.blogspot.com/?m=1 We note that this website was registered by you on
30th April, 2013 with the name server hosted by Hostgator.comand the domain owner details locked and held by Privacy Protect.org in Australia. The blog (attached) is clearly meant to:
(1) injure my reputation;
(2) damage my career
(3) bring disrepute to me, my job and the organization I work for and the clients I represent. You may be aware that the deceased person referred to –Hon. Mutula Kilonzo- was one of Kenya’s leading lawyers, the immediate former Minister for Education and previously Justice who died last week and that the matter has made the front pages of all national newspapers, television and radio stations.
His death has been a matter of massive national interest and that the police and criminal investigations authorities of Kenya are conducting investigations into his death on the presupposition that it could be murder…..
