#TwendeniMacha; Popcaan Cancels Kenyan Performance Citing Ebola
Executive Producer MachaNYEconcert Henri Carlos is a very disappointed person after the manager of international dancehall star Popcaan, Carleene Samuels confirmed that Popcaan cannot travel to Nairobi Kenya because the Jamaican Government has issued alert warning its artistes not to travel to Africa because of Ebola.
Henri was shocked to learn travel ban to Kenya were in place due to Ebola.
The 3 days 4 concert New Year celebrations is slotted to usher the New Year at Machakos People’s Park.The celebrations join global celebrations held in Sydney,Tokyo,London,New York and Dubai.It will feature a spectacular air show,sky diving,fashion show,mega countdown concert,New Year Family Concert,Battle of the bands and Mo Fyah concert for reggae lovers.
Henri Carlos announced that The Battle of the Bands Concert is dedicated as the Governor’s Ball to feature major acts Muthoni Ndonga, Bahati, Rabbit,Sarabi Band,H-Art the Band, upcoming rock band RASH,Congolese Rhumba legend Bozi Bosiana among fifteen bands set to perform live on stage.
Kenyan leading DJs to light up the stage include DJ Stylez,DJ Joe Mfalme,DJ Kaytrixx among others.
