After 2 Chainz another Big Act from the U.S.A Will Be Coming To Kenya

Kenya’s biggest Smirnoff party, Smirnoff New year’s Eve Party is back.

International guest DJ, DJ Xpect will enthrall crowds at the Crayfish Camp Naivasha on the 31st of December from dusk till dawn alongside the best DJ’s in town including DJ Hassan, DJ Stretch, DJ Creeper, DJ G-Money, DJ Nijo and MC Buddha Blaze.

The second edition of the party, aims to draw Kenyans from all over the country to enjoy the ultimate New Years’party experience.
Smirnoff’s Assistant Brand Manager, Geoffrey Oriku refers to the Smirnoff NYE party as the biggest New Year’s Eve Party in the country which will integrate fun, music and great experience.
“Smirnoff is once again upping the game, infusing excitement and fun to the party experience of a lifetime” reiterated Oriku.

DJ Expect is a Multi-Genre Electronic Music Composer/Artist/Turntablist based in New York City with a Kenyan background who has traversed Radio Mix Show Deejaying, International Tour and club Deejaying.

He will be dropping a couple of singles in Kenya. He is one of first ( if not first ) African Djs to spin a hip-hop mix-show on US radio,  he is also only African DJ to have graced tables live for a hip-hop legend : KRS One. He’s worked on several tracks that have been submitted to big acts but still in process as lots of red tape to clear. He’s working to release two EP projects in 2014. An Electronic Dance Music EP called Soho Grey as well as a future RnB/TrapNB EP under the Moniker “Broadway Pete”. He will also be shooting videos for some of the singles during his Kenyan tour in December to January.

In December 2012, Smirnoff introduced a similar party dubbed ‘The night’ which saw consumers enjoy multiple night experiences including exclusive parties, Smirnoff cocktails and great music from the best local and international DJs.
