Gloria Michelle Otieno chose to promote youth empowerment and career advancement. Gloria prefers her company not to be referred to as an employment agency as she feels that would be too specific for the kind of services they provide. She proceeds to add that Recours Four Kenya Consultants Ltd since its existence has unlocked entrepreneurial capabilities to meet the global challenges of the 21st century by fuelling innovation, employment generation and economic growth. She encourages public and private sector leaders to take a chance in instigating positive change within their environments.
Furthermore Gloria has a background in customer service as she previously worked with Kenya Airways.
