Beats And Pieces By Sauti Academy This Saturday At Michael Joseph Centre.

Sauti academy has been churning out new stars in droves in the last two years. A few weeks ago, I shared some videos from the current students, did you watch them? Start with this one.

Now this Saturday, a couple of students are gonna be holding a concert at the newly refurbished Michael Joseph Centre. This is the same venue where the event Feminino was held last weekend. One of the artists is Pauline AY who is now part of the girl group Kiu that I wrote about here. 

So if you have no plans for this Saturday, then please make your way there and be throughly entertained. The event bio reads “A Sauti Academy End of Term Concert:

Penya Africa’s artist development program Sauti Academy presents “Beats and Pieces” – the first end term concert of 2013. It will take place on the 30th of March at the Michael Joseph Centre.

Beats and Pieces is an imagery depicting the different people we are with different musical identities brought together by the one thing we all love, MUSIC! The repertoire will be a mix of eclectic rhythms, adventurous fusions and raw musical personalities blending together in delicious harmony.

The concert starts at 7pm and ends at 11pm.
