New Twist in Uhuru Kenyatta-Robert Alai Saga: Robert Alai Thrown Into Prison Again!

Just last week, i was one of the Kenyans who toasted to what seemed to be Robert Alai’s small victory upon his prompting president elect Uhuru Kenyatta’s apology on some disparaging remarks made about the bench of judges hearing the election petition. But all that seems to have faded faster than your girlfriend’s make up after a night out!

Robert Alai was last night re-arrested at about 10pm and he spent the night in prison. No charges were proffered against him and his family members were still trying to track him down by the time this story was being written. The controversial blogger was bundled from his house into a waiting police van by plain clothes police who then drove him away.

We await further information on the same with bated breathe but given everyone this brave soul has rubbed the wrong way, we highly doubt that their will be a shortage of charges for him to plead against. Keep it Ghafla as we keep you posted.
