Pilsner Pool tournament preliminaries are up and the King Of Bold wants you! And they have everything covered from the tournament to entertainment with former Pilsner Mfalme DJ’s returning on the decks for the brand that first brought them to the limelight as the newly launched Pilsner League of Kings Pool tournament takes a musical twist.

DJ’s Joe Mfalme, Nelly, Crowbar, Ricky, Briggy amongst others have been lined up to rock
the crowds as the Pilsner League of Kings Tournament kicks off this weekend in 820 bar outlets
across five regions in the country with pomp, music and fare.

Following Pilsner’s King of Bold rebranding supported by on-tour performances by the Kenya’s
crème de la crème of Prezzo; Abass Kubaff, Bamboo, Wyre, Juliani, Jua Cali and Mad Traxx,
the tourney is replicating the music experience.

According to tournament organisers, there will be after parties hosted by the popular DJ’s and
possible performances by popular artistes in the regions.

“This will be no ordinary pool tournament as we will combine pool and music as it appeals most
to our target consumer in their natural setting.” said Francis Mworia, Pilsner Brand Manager.

The three month countrywide tournament seeks a Kenyan representative to the World Eight ball
Championship in UK. The regions will include Central (Nairobi); Western, Rift Valley, Mountain,
Coast and the Armed Forces zone.

Player registration is currently on going up to February 17, 2013 with preliminaries beginning on
February 23, 2013.
