The Shocking Reasons Why Tuskys’ CEO Was Thrown out Of His Office like An Old Gunia
A few days ago, Tuskys Chief Executive Officer Dan Githua was forcibly removed from office like a sack of potatoes by a furious horde of siblings led by a woman in a green dress.
A video that has now gone viral shows a number of people clamoring for his attention before he calmly walks out though seriously pissed by the intrusion. The crowd then follows his shouting until he drives of the compound.
Many wonder why a whole C.E.O was treated like a common vagabond and thrown out in the most dramatic of ways and now Tuskys has finally spoken up in regards to the incidence.
In a letter sent out to media houses Tuskys revealed that Mr. Dan was allegedly disrespectful to suppliers and stake holders and consistently eroded the strong relationships that Tuskys had built over the years.
Mr. Githua was also accused of maltreating the employees and firing people left right and center, leading to a total loss of 2000 employees during his tenure. These offenses were all carried out using his HR consulting company Artermis Africa Limited that recruited for Tusker Mattresses Limited.
Githua was also accused of hiring his family into senior positions at Tuskys and also hired people through his recruiting company on Tribal Basis.
“We wish to assure our stakeholders that we acted to protect our hardworking stuff, our faithful suppliers and our customers promise, of affordable quality goods and service “the company reveled.
They also added that they resorted to forcibly showing Githua the door as he had been fired on the 23rd January but had refused to leave the office.
