Tanzanian tour guide who went viral for falsely translating what a tourist said arrested
The tour guide from Tanzania who became an instant sensation last week has found himself in hot soup after he got arrested.
The hilarious video which went viral on social media showed the man falsely translating what a tourist who visited was saying.
When the tourist said Tanzanians were wonderful people, then he would translate and say they should stop complaining about hunger.
Now the joke has turned on him after the minister for Tourism Jumanne Mshembe ordered for his arrest.
It is not yet clear what he’s too be charged for but reports indicate he might be charged with mimicking president Magufuli who recently lashed out at Tanzanians for complaining about hunger.
