Christmas came early this year, that’s if you were at Kencom as early as 7 in the morning and you had intentions of making your way down to Kenyatta National hospital.
First of all you got free transport and your conductor was none other but the CEO of Safaricom himself, Bob Collymore.
The man who is in charge of one of the most profitable companies in this side of the Sahara was keen on teaching us a thing or two about eating the humble pie eliciting the true meaning of Christmas with us and that is sharing and giving out to the less fortunate.
Donning a T-shirt and a baseball cap, he’s seen hanging on the door of a Double M bus and calling out for passengers. The only problem is that he can’t speak Swahili.
