Racist ‘Mzungu’ Forced Into Hiding after Calling Black People Dirty, Troublesome Monkeys
In a world where Caucasian people are responsible for perpetrating some of the worst crimes against humanity such as slavery, colonialism and the holocaust, it’s shocking that some of them have not learnt from their past mistakes.
And continue making statements that are highly offensive to another race, for instance back in 2013 Justine Sacco, a then senior director of corporate communications at IAC sent out this tweet “Going to Africa. Hope I don’t get AIDS. Just kidding. I’m white”.
Maybe she thought it would be funny and probably chuckled at her ‘wit’ when she sent out the tweet, but what resulted was not funny at all, the comment went viral, she got fired and even received death threats from angry Twitter users.
About 2 years on, another white woman working in South Africa has received a hostile response to some really distasteful messages she sent out. You can check it out below

After getting bashed relentlessly, you would think she would see the error of her ways apologize, but what she said only further fueled the fire.
‘I am sorry that it has taken such a viral turn, but it was just a statement of how it was. I made the mistake of comparing them [black people] with monkeys. Monkeys are cute and they’re naughty, but they [black people] don’t see it that way, but I do because I love animals,’ she told News24
‘I wasn’t being nasty or rude or horrible, but it’s just that they [black people] make a mess. It is just how they are.’ She said before taking the ‘I am not racist’ turn by saying that “I work with blacks and I am kind to them and they have accepted me. I have worked with an Indian girl who kept my job open while I was in hospital. She’s a wonderful girl and she’s an Indian. Blacks can also be wonderful and I don’t hate the black people, it is just a fact that it was so filthy and dirty this year and that is my only point.”
These statements of course made things worse and she has reportedly gone into hiding and could be prosecuted for her offensive remarks
