Yesterday Kenya grabbed its 11th Olympic Gold medal for the 3000m steeplechase continuing its dominance over the distance.
Since 1968 Kenya has won a gold medal for the event in every Olympic competition it has participated in. The only exceptions are 1976 and in 1980 when the country boycotted the Olympic games.
