While most people are fired for basic things such as tardiness and not completing your work as you are supposed to, Chess Nthusi was fired for reasons that were completely out of her control.

In a previous interview with Ghafla, Chess stated that she was let go out of the blue, no warning, not even a call that she had been replaced. She just tuned in to Tujuane to find out that she had been kicked out to the cold streets of Nairobi.
