Al Shabaab Strike On Garissa University Isn’t An Isolated Incident, University Of Nairobi And USIU Got a Wind Of Planned Attacks At Their Institutions (Evidence)
The country has once again woken up to a rude shock about a terror attack at Garissa University College (GUC). Reports indicate explosion and heavy gunfire were heard coming from the varsity’s complex.
Al Shabaab terror group has been strenuously searching for the country’s underbelly to strike. This came in form of our institutions of higher learning.
Although no one has claimed responsibility for the Garissa attacks, no other extremist groups have the machinery to carry out attacks of such magnitude.
But the latest assault on Garissa University isn’t an isolated incident; other institutions of higher learning had received warning of potential terror attacks at their establishments.
The University of Nairobi and United States International University (USIU) got a wind of possible terror attacks. They quickly sounded the alarm putting everyone on the watch out and subsequently beefing up their security.

How come Garissa University never got intelligence on planned terror attack? Or could they have ignored the intel? Guess that’s up to the detectives to find out.
