Artist Opens Up About Link To Illuminati!
A Kenyan underground artist was recently interviewed by Chini Ya Maji about whether or not Kenyan artists do indeed have links to the illuminati (which I still insist is an urban legend that doesn’t exist) and this is what he told them during the interview:
A Kenyan singer, songwriter, rapper based in Nairobi recently opened up about some rumours that have been circulating, about his being in the illuminati. In an interview, at CHINI YA MAJI KENYA, the alleged artist said that, of late people have been quick to judge others over issues that they did not understand,quote..”watu siku hizi, wakiona mambo yako yanang’aa wanaanza kudai ni illuminati ati woo ati yee, mpaka unashindwa kwani Mungu alinyang’wa powers na shetani, juu inakaa shetani ndio kusema”.
The said artist is fast rising and he is known by the name BAKES real names SALIM BAKAR. He is widely being sought out in writing music and his mastery in Swahili, English and Sheng, describes a person with depth and wide knowledge of vocabulary in these linguas. Recently, they did a song called, “MLE BATA” whose video is available on youtube.
Back to the allegations at hand, some quarters have been asking him personally about illuminati and how they can join it, in which he says that, the only thing he knows is, it’s a conspiracy everywhere in the internet about musicians getting power from dark forces to shine and attain wealth and recognition worldwide. Other artists who recently have been grilled over the same issue are JULIANI, D’BANJ who apparently are riding high in their local music industry respectively.

BAKES says that, he started from the bottom and now he is here..” I started music back in 2003, we used to rap with my friends at SOS, was living with my folks in K/SOUTH, 56 and it is unfair for anyone to come out now and say that, I just shot from nowhere” end quote. He continued to say that, he believes and trusts in the Almighty God and will forever do so til the end of times.
He has been to RAGZ 2 RECORDS studios back in the days, POINT 45, ETIEN MUSIC, AUDIO KUSINI located at KAHAWA WENDANI, SQUIZ WORKS, LAMBAT STUDIOS and STREETS REVOLUTION MUSIC. To call this humble, polite and conserved guy an upcoming artist would be adding salt to an injury and insult, as we realized he has over twenty songs full of radio hits and a variety in genres and ideas. Among the people he has worked with are Christine Apondi, JOKAY, YOUNGSAVIO, Hajji, Eyearno, BlackChild and PEWA ABAGENGE. Famous songs include, Whoz the dummy, dreamer, Every day I Pray, GOD IS BIGGER THAN RELIGION, falling apart, sherie, mapenzi, KAMA WEWE and many more Which he intends to release in an album THE NATHARIA.
We at CHINI YA MAJI KENYA, only wishes him the best in his endeavours. Now you know and who are we to judge?
