The soft-spoken Avril has a new mandate at AMREF Kenya. She signed a deal with the health providing organization that will see her working to promote its objectives.

Avril joins the like of Octopizzo to be the latest celebrity who has landed a job with leading non-governmental organization.

The ‘Nikumuona’ hit maker is the new Good Will Ambassador for AMFREF. As part of her new job, she will be helping the organization generate public awareness and understanding of its mandate and priorities.

The excited Avril publicly made known of her new job by posting a photo of herself and AMREF’s Country Director, Dr. Meshack Ndirangu, signing a memorandum of understanding.
