Bonny Tunya Finally Leaves KTN (Photos)

After James Smart left KTN to pursue education, yet another anchor has jumped ship. His name is Bonny Tunya whom you know as the authoritative anchor of KTN’s prime business news.

He had spoken exclusively to Ghafla saying that he would be leaving KTN for a job with CNBC, CNBC is an American cable and satellite business news television channel owned by the NBC Universal News Group.

 

Bonny had to say this on his way out of KTN:

Goodbyes are not easy, despite the excitement of the next move, tonight i say goodbye to colleagues who turned into friends and later family, i carry away memories and lessons but most importantly the realization that i was truly blessed to have worked with such an amazing team, i am also honored to have shared the #News desk set every single day with the  uniquely talented Edith Kimani you are a true professional, a “news man” and a friend. KTN Kenya is a strong brand, one i was proud to be associated with. God keep y’all.
