Citizen TV’s Papa Shirandula Celebrates 50th Birthday

Citizen TV’s Charles Bukeko who is the lead actor in popular TV show Papa Shirandula has hit the golden age. Papa as he is popularly known has turned 50 today.

The sensational actor says that he did not know that he had grown that old and it’s actually his mother that called to remind him. Papa jokingly said that he had to check his ID card just to be sure that he was indeed hitting 50.

Thankful to God for making him get this far as few people are guaranteed to reach 50 years in this generation. Papa is equally grateful to his Maker for making it possible for him to be successful in his career. Jestingly, he says that though he is turning 50, he thinks that he looks like a 30 year old and in fact feels like he a 21 year old.

Papa Shirandula is a story revolving around a man who’s full of drama. He pauses as an IT manager to his family and yet he’s a watchman. At work, his employer tolerates him beacuse of how far they’ve come as friends even though he makes a lot of mistakes.
