Eric Omondi Should Finally Quit Comedy And This Is Why
Forget his pranks, there is one thing that Eric Omondi is so good at but he hasn’t quite milked it. If he could just undertake a major overhaul of his aptitude, then he would discover music may be the next frontier he needs to be focusing on.
Let’s not even lie to ourselves, the moment Eric walked out of Churchill Show to fly on his own, he was good as done in as far as comedy was concerned. He hasn’t been the Mayweather of comedy like he used to be during his heydays at Churchill.
Conspicuously missing on TV screens has lowered Eric’s caliber as a dope comedian. But it’s not a done deal for Eric, not just yet. The comedian is also a very good singer indeed. His rendition of songs has made many to fall in love with him again.
Late yesterday, Eric received a standing ovation when he dropped his ‘Rafiki Pesa’ hit. The song has already garnered over 2,400 views on YouTube. (Barely 24 hours since it was released.) The comments on the video are massive, everybody was congratulating Eric.
The song is a rendition of Shari Martin’s ‘Rafiki Pesa’; Eric has gone on to incorporate the beats of Diamond Platnumz’s ‘Number One’ to make his song magical.
Maybe it’s time Eric started focusing on his music career, quit comedy or make his way back to Churchill show.
