EXCLUSIVE: Boniface Mwangi Finally Speaks Up on Tear Gassing Primary School Kids. Denies Accusations and Alleges State House is Behind The Malicious Video

Today Kenyans woke up to fresh allegations and accusations that Bonface Mwangi and his fellow activists were involved in tear-gassing the Langata Primary School kids, only to implicate the police.

And as the video goes viral, the activist has refuted claims that he and his fellow activists carried teargas canisters which they lobbed at the kids.

Speaking exclusively to Ghafla Kenya, Bonface said that the video is malicious and is aimed at portraying activists as ill-intentioned people.

Mwangi, however, admitted that the man seen hurling the canister was one of them.

He, however, defended himself by saying that civilians have no access to teargas canisters and therefore there is no way the activists could lob them at the kids.

Jicho Pevu’s Mohammed Ali also quickly jumped to his defense.

The clip is quickly going viral even though it does not clearly indicate that the activists had the canisters.
