Fashion Disaster: Celebrated Gay Author Steps Out In A Tulle Skirt And Fur (Photos)

Binyavanga Wainaina’s outfit is something that should have never happened. I have seen men strut their stuff in skirts before, but when you step out looking like Cinderella meets grizzly bear meets athlete there is a problem.

Binyavanga decided to step out in the most ludicrous and controversial outfit (by Kenya standards)during the Toronto Gay Pride Parade.

His look consisted of his hair shaved into a blonde Mohawk, a brown fur scarf , blazer and sneakers. But because the outfit was too boring a tulle skirt was added to the mix and thus came out this grotesque ensemble.

So many things are wrong with this outfit! Was style busy that day?And most importantly why did his friends allow him to walk out the door looking like this?
