He hit the airwaves and the halls of fame in Kenya when he produced and sang Flavor’s ‘Ashawo’ in Ekegusii, a rendition of the Nigerian singer hit that was banned in the West African state but liked and admired here in Kenya.

Agwata, as the singer is famously known excellently did the song in Ekegusii and that catapulted him to fame. It was the exact version of the original Ashawo hit but this time round done in Ekegusii.

If you ever thought Agwata was done, you are very wrong. He has been silent for a while, yes, but he had every reason to do so.

The singer is back once again, better and captivating than before, with SAUTI SOL’s hit SURA YAKO that has ruled the charts in Kenya for a while now. However, Awata’s is in Ekegusii.
