First Ever Kikuyu 3D animation Gets Launched (VIDEO)

The animation industry in Kenya is certainly growing; we have seen hilarious animations created for advertisements now you will get to watch an animation movie.

Let me introduce you to a Kikuyu 3D animation titled Kiririmbi which means wildfire in Kikuyu. It explores the various social issues affecting the community from husband battery to promiscuity within marriage. You can expect a concoction of showdowns, illicit affairs, tittle-tattle and lots of humor in the animation. Plans to translate it into Swahili and other local languages is ongoing.

Produced by Joe Muburi, animated by David Kiama and script written by Anthony Shavel this is certainly a must watch!And the best part is that the DVD is retailing at Kshs 100 only.
