First Lady Margaret Kenyatta Causes A Storm With Her Contentious Action (Photos)

Patronage and loyalty my foot! The national courier has been given the cold shoulder by a high profile individual. Perhaps not everybody is happy with KQ after all!

When news broke Kenya Airways made a mammoth loss of 29.7 billion shillings, Kenyans were quick to troll the national courier.

Lots of folks vowed NOT to use KQ opting for Ethiopian Airlines instead. Kenyans sang praises for the cross-border airline specifically singling out its HOT for days hostesses.

Back to the first lady, Margaret Kenyatta flew Ethiopian Airlines and this made lots of mouths have something to talk about.

Controversial blogger, Robert Alai, was first to cough when he learnt the First Lady snubbed the national courier.

“Even our First Lady now doesn’t trust KQ. She flies ET.” Wrote Alai.

Ironically Kenyans hailed Mrs. Kenyatta saying KQ can’t be trusted. (In whisper) Even when Ne-Yo flew Kenya Airways.

Most of the comments posted after Margaret was seen alighting from an Ethiopian Airline aircraft were not in favour of KQ; even though some questioned her patriotism.

Margaret is in Addis Ababa for the official inauguration of the new president of the Organization of African First Ladies Against HIV/Aids.

The First Lady spared time for marathon training. Uhuru’s wife drew lot of excitement in the Ethiopian capital after she was spotted running alongside her team.
