One of Kenya’s most prolific football teams, Gor Mahia is known for their rogue and overzealous fans that often cause havoc whenever there is a loss.

You can tell that Gor Mahia has lost by the loud sniveling and the general mayhem they cause on the streets of Nairobi or in the case of Machakos County, the reckless vandalism.

But I have a story for you that could change your attitude towards Gor Mahia. And that is their striker Micheal Olunga who people cannot stop gushing about after he led Gor Mahia to victory with a 1-0 win against Muhoroni Youth on Sunday.

But Olunga is not just good on the pitch but is also a whiz when it comes to the books. The 21 year old striker scored an A in his K.C.S. E and is now a Geospatial Engineering student at the Technical University of Kenya.
