Ghafla! At Groove 2012 LIVE

The 2012 Groove Awards are finally here with us and Ghafla! is on the ground at Nairobi Baptist Chapel to give you the results and news at it happens. This is the 6th successive year the Grrove Awards are being held and sponsors include Safaricom’s Skiza, KTN and One FM.

This year’s awards feature a record SEVEN divisions with a total of 29 categories.

17.15 – The national anthem is played by the live band as the 2012 Groove Awards officially kicks off. The sanctuary is silent as we wait for the hosts to take to the stage.

17.12 – Playback music comes to an end as the live band takes over from here. The area goes quiet as we expect the event to start

17.00 – The Awards ceremony should begin any minute now, the screens come to life with images of the sponsors and Groove Awards
