GOtv Gives African Football Fans Something They Will Never Forget

January is off to an exciting and action packed start for GOtv subscribers with the 2016 African Nations Championship (CHAN) tournament kicking off from 16 January – 07 February.

The tournament, now in its 4th year will be aired live on SuperSport 9 (SS9), channel 35 and SuperSport Select 1 (SSS1), channel 30 on both the GOtv Plus and GOtv Value bouquets respectively.

A total of 16 teams including Rwanda, Angola, Morocco, Ethiopia, DRC, Nigeria, Uganda, Ivory Coast, Tunisia, Gabon, Cameroon, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Mali, Niger and Guinea will go head-to-head to be crowned CHAN Champions.

The first clash will see Rwanda, who are the host nation, take on Ivory Coast at 15:45, followed by the Gabon vs Morocco match at 18:45 on the 16 January. Both games are live on SuperSport 9 and SuperSport Select 1.

GOgetters can look forward to the following games and much more; Nigeria vs Niger on the 18th January at 18:45, Zimbabwe vs Zambia on the 19th January at 15:45 and Mali vs Uganda at 18:45 on the same day.
