Here’s An Opportunity to Vote for Your Favourite Bar & Restaurant

Today marked the official start of voting for this year’s Taste Bar and Restaurants Awards in partnership with Heineken.

This year, more than 100 joints have been selected in the 21 awards within the People’s Choice category. During last year’s awards, organizers say that over 15,000 people from around the world logged on make their votes count. They are upbeat that the numbers will rise this year citing the excitement and anticipation by the public.

It doesn’t end there because Taste nominates an initiative to emphasize. This year, Taste will be highlighting child nutrition and healthy eating in conjunction with Gertrude’s Hospital. Winners will be announced at the Taste Awards 2013 on the 31st of January 2013, which will be held at Karura Forest. Tickets can be purchased via the Taste website.
