The latest hang out joint in town, the Lavish Lounge (formerly Club Heartz) on IBEA Building, Moi Avenue is the best hideaway in town for any party animal. Essentially, the club never closes its doors (unless it’s being closed) to its patrons. Every day of the week is party day for this club.
It all starts on Tuesdays where Tusker Project Fame 5 finalist, Lulu (also known as Esther) hosts the Karaoke shows where every singer gets a Tequila shot and a bottle of wine for the most cheered person. What’s more is that Smirnoff and Gilbeys tots have been slashed to just 50 bob while Johnny Walker Red tot is just 100 bob.
On Wednesdays, the legendary DJ Stano of Venus FM (former Metro FM) gets behind the decks to drop the hottest reggae jams in what is dubbed “Winey Wednesdays”.
On Thursdays it’s Inferno DVJ’s of Hot 96 take you back in the day by playing legendary old skool jams. DVJ Static and his crew take over each and every Friday. On Saturdays, the renowned DJ Babu plays the latest videos on what is dubbed, “Saturday Night Fever”. The rest of the days, in-house deejay, DJ Chally takes the roof down with his mad mixes.
