HOW BRIAN NOAH HOOKED UP A 6 MILLION SHILLING DEAL FOR ONE OF HIS FIRST EVENTS

It was early 2011 and Brian Noah was down on his luck.

He wanted to start up an event company named Skeme Events, and had grand visions for his flagship event: the Jambo Music Video Awards. However, all these high-tech dreams were threatened to be brought to a halt since Brian could not find the ever so crucial sponsor for the event.

After searching high and low for a sponsor, Mr. Noah decided to risk it and go alone. He painstakingly secured deals with all the equipment suppliers necessary, and despite going into debt for the sake of the event, it still wasn’t going to be up to the lofty standards that Skeme events had envisioned. As the show approached, like manna from heaven, one of the sponsors Brian had previously reached out to, TECNO mobile, called him back with a 6million shilling offer to be the title sponsor for the Tecno Jambo Music Video Awards.
Due to the cash infusion, the show went above and beyond everybody’s expectations. There were even crazy robotic activations that had never been seen before in Kenya! Here are the photos:
