I’m Calling BS On This Whole Esther Arunga Drama

Like a cockroach that refuses to die, Quincy Timberlake has crawled back into our lives once again. Last time around he came under the guise of representing Benny Hinn Ministries. This time though, he has taken his trickery one step further, and is trying to ride on CNN’s brand to perpetuate his story. A ‘mysterious’ account named SydneyNews has been set up on the CNN iReport site, and has been dedicated to perpetuating news focused on Quincy Timberlake and Esther Arunga (NOTE: iReport is a section of CNN’s website where any Tom, D**k and Harry can submit news for CNN to check out).

What has followed is a pure propaganda campaign, aimed at getting the conman Quincy and his motley crew of God Finger worshippers back in the spotlight. Like any other confidence trickster, Quincy, Hellon and company thrive on any ounce of fame they can squeeze out of an unsuspecting public. The articles posted on iReport have Quincy’s fingerprints all over them. They contain unsubstantiated rumours about how ‘Raila tortured Timberlake’ or how Esther Arunga was forcefully aborted by Dr. Frank Njenga. The same unverified facts and delusions of grandeur that characterised the Finger of God Church are also evident in the article posted about how Esther Arunga will come back to TV with a 930, 000 shilling salary. 

It’s a damn shame that other blogs on the internet picked up these fake iReport articles and reposted them as fact. Quincy Timberlake needs to stop his nonsense or be stopped ASAP. He has already destroyed the life and career of Esther Arunga, and other promising young ones who were gullible enough to fall for his conniving ways. He is an embarrasment to the Kenyan music fraternity. Let’s give this guy a media black out once and for all. I have now officially washed my hands of this matter.
