Irony as Keroche Breweries CEO Receives a Gift From a Fierce Rival Company
The battle of breweries in the country is one that often sent the country’s top brewers East African Breweries Limited and Keroche Breweries into a war of words; but a recent development has just shown that there could actually be love amidst the hate potrayed.
Liquor enthusiasts probably know how to distinguish EABL products from those ones of Keroche or don’t they? Ever thought of seeing Keroche CEO Tabitha Karanja receiving a gift from EABL? Probably not but she did for a matter of facts. During Africa Business Leaders Awards (AABLA) in Nairobi which was held over the weekend; Tabitha Karanja was awarded as the winner in the Business Woman of the Year category. She was given her trophy and accompanied with a gift; the gift was a Johhy Walker which is a product of EABL.
Talk of appreciating and being tolerant of competitors then Keroche CEO Tabitha Karanja demonstrate her it so well infront all all those flashing cameras. But did she actually notice she was holding an EABL product or rather was she too excited to notice?
