James Smart has made quite a good reputation of being accurate on details and never missing the opportunity to pick on the mistakes done by other journalists or media houses.

He has made himself some sort of media sheriff. However, as it befalls any zealous person who endeavors in rectifying and pointing out wrongs, soon the enthusiasm makes one commit the very wrong they are against. This appears to be what befell James Smart and fellow journalist Emannual Talam did not hesitate in taking shots at him in a quite a satirical manner.
