Kenya Music Week Kicks Off
The annual Kenya Music Week is once again upon us. The event seeks to promote music as a positive lifestyle for the youth, with the help of music facilitation in the treatment of children and improve the quality of life.
The 9th Annual Kenya Music Week began today through to Sunday the 9th December at the Sarit Center Expo Hall under the theme “Investing in the Kenyan Music Industry.” The event opens at noon and closes at 8pm daily.
The three day event is aimed at showcasing different works done by Kenyan artistes as well as giving them a venue to sell their merchandise including T-shirts, wrist bands, caps, albums, mixtapes among others. Visitors will be taken through music programmes that include the best that the country’s musicians can offer as the event offers a direct contact with national artists and record companies.
Entry is free.
