Kenyans On Social Media Blast The Star Newspaper For Using A Photo Of Fidel Odinga’s Remains On Their Front Page
In less than a week after the Star was ridiculed for giving a wrong story at the wrong time, Kenyans are at loggerheads with the newspaper once again after what they see as a blatant and careless use of the media to perpetrate more grief.
The Star published the corpse of Fidel Odinga in their front page, aphoto which was taken during the public viewing at the Lee Funeral Home two days ago.
This has angered Kenyans who feel it is a reckless move that aims at causing more grief to the bereaved Odinga family who are mourning the loss of their son.
Kenyans on social took it in their hands to blast the Star, with others urging their colleagues to shun the media completely because of the manner it is handling sensitive issues.
