It seems that Mututho is committed to being the ultimate party pooper! After invading the bars, supermarkets and wines and spirits joints the man is invading our houses and our cars too.
Drinking mnazi under a palm tree could land you in hot soup and so could throwing a party at your home! According to the NACADA boss, throwing a party will require you to cough up 1000 shillings to obtain a license.Running to the village to imbibe in your favorite liquor will not be condoned without a license.The draconian law will include police stopping motorists carrying soft drinks and water for a search on roads to ensure that you do not have alcohol in the containers.
Of course Kenyans are not happy with these ridiculous regulations and made their feelings felt:
