Kidero Receives Support From Classic FM Presenter After He Was Roasted By Capital FM Producer
Nairobi Governor, Dr. Evans Kidero, is arguably the most hated man in Nairobi following heavy downpour that wrecked havoc in the city.
Yesternight, a considerable number of Nairobi dwellers slept on the roads after running water rendered some roads impassable.
Following the saddening incident, most Nairobians have come out to spurt their frustrations and anger to their Governor whom they blame for what befell them.
Capital FM’s Joe Muchiri took to the social media to blast the Nairobi County boss.

In a new twist of events, Classic FM’s Larry Asego has popped out to ‘defend’ Kidero. Larry says the Nairobi governor is not entirely to be blamed, he instead pointed an accusing finger at the plastic bags that have blocked the City’s drainage system.
Below is what Larry wrote:
We can blame Gov Kidero all we want, but we and our plastic bags/bottles/trash strewn all over are equally to blame. Nairobi has been flooding for over 10yrs and we have consistently done nothing. This time the only reason we are angry is because we spent the night on the roads and maybe our kids nearly slept hungry. In true Kenyan fashion we will forget in two months after rains are gone and we will go back to our drainage blocking patterns. We will talk about it in bars and share “war” stories about it and move on. When it suits us we turn a blind eye, when it inconveniences us we shout from the rooftops. Till the day we understand that if I throw that empty yogurt pack from a moving matatu it will affect me in future, we will keep suffering from the blessings that is rain. We still wont harvest the rain water, we will still approve construction of structures that block waterways, we will still construct roads on a concave and not convex manner because we opted to give “my cousin” an engineering job he got using a fake degree, we will not learn. So Gov Kidero please do something that will last longer than your tenure in office, la sivyo let’s just request Sonko Rescue team to invest in boats on our behalf because we will be needing them. That’s just my opinion, I stand corrected though.
