KIKOY CULTURE 2012 is here!

The annual celebration of the Kenyan culture staple -the kikoy- is finally here! Brought to you by Kenya’s premier house entertainment unit 6AM DJs,  the annual dance festival is billed to be THE event to be at this weekend. It will be taking place this weekend, Saturday, August 25th, from 2100hrs to 0600hrs, at the Nairobi Ngong Racecourse.

The headlining act is Swiss DJ Dinka of Helvetic Nerds Records (Discography: Temptation-2008, Hotel Summerville-2010, Tales Of The Sun-2012). Supported by a host of Kenya’s very own 6 AM DJs, Kikoy Culture is set to be even bigger and better this year.

Kikoy Culture is a fancy dress affair. All attendees are expected and encouraged to come in some sort of kikoy-based attire. The fancier the better, as the best dressed and most creative outfits stand to win a prize from Heineken, who are one of the sponsors of the event this year.

The festival is STRICTLY for OVER21 years only, and proof of age (IDs/passports/driver’s license) will be required at all entrances (originals only, no photocopies). Student IDs will NOT be accepted.
